One-to-One Personal Training
Private coaching sessions tailored to your goals in Marylebone, London
One-to-one personal training means exactly that. One coach. One client. One hour of complete focus on your training, your goals, and your progress.
No distractions. No waiting for equipment. No compromises. You get my full attention for 60 minutes in a semi-private facility designed for serious training. Whether you're recovering from injury, training for a sport, or building long-term strength and health, I'll design a program that works for your body, your schedule, and your goals.
What Is One-to-One Personal Training?
One-to-one personal training is private coaching in a fully equipped facility. You train alone. I coach you through every session, adjusting load, technique, and intensity based on how your body is performing that day.
This isn't group training. It's not semi-private training. It's one coach, one client, one session. You get the full benefit of my experience, qualifications, and attention without distraction.
Every program is tailored to your strengths, limitations, and goals. I use movement screening (FMS), performance testing (VBT), and ongoing assessment to track your progress and adjust your training week to week.

What You'll Train
Strength & Conditioning
Build a solid foundation of strength across key movement patterns—squat, hinge, push, pull, carry. Strength is the base. Everything else builds on top of it.
Injury Rehabilitation
60% of my clients come to me for injury rehab—lower back pain, knee injuries, hip issues, shoulder problems. I'll design a progressive program to restore movement, build resilience, and get you back to full function.
Athletic Performance
Train like an athlete with Velocity Based Training (VBT), explosive strength work, power development, and sport-specific conditioning. Whether you're training for golf, football, tennis, cycling, or running, I'll build a program that improves your performance.
Movement Quality & Mobility
Improve how you move with FMS screening, corrective exercises, and mobility work. Better movement = less pain, better performance, and reduced injury risk.
Body Composition & Fat Loss
Build muscle, lose fat, and improve your body composition with progressive strength training and nutritional guidance. No crash diets. No cardio-only programs. Just smart training and sustainable habits.
Long-Term Health & Longevity
Train for life. Build strength, maintain mobility, improve bone density, and stay injury-free as you age. Most of my clients stay for five years or more because the approach works.

How It Works
Step 1: Initial Consultation (Free)
We'll discuss your goals, training history, injuries, and schedule. I'll explain how I work and answer any questions you have.
Step 2: Movement Assessment & Testing
I'll assess your movement quality (FMS), posture, and performance capacity (VBT if relevant). This gives me a clear picture of where you're starting from and what needs to change.
Step 3: Program Design
Sessions take place at The Health & Performance Studio in Marylebone. You train alone. One client per session. Complete focus on your training.
Step 4: One-to-One Training
We retest every 8–12 weeks to track improvement and adjust your program. You'll see measurable gains in strength, power, speed, and performance.
Step 5: Progress Tracking & Adjustment
We retest every 8–12 weeks to track improvement and adjust your program. You'll see measurable gains in strength, movement quality, and performance.
