What to Expect
Free Consultation (15–20 minutes)
Your free consultation is an opportunity to meet Scott, discuss your training goals, and ask questions about his coaching approach. Scott will explain how he uses Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Velocity Based Training (VBT) to deliver precise, data-driven programmes.
This consultation helps determine whether one-to-one training is right for you. No commitment required.
Initial Assessment (60 minutes, £150)
If you decide to move forward, your first session is a comprehensive Movement Assessment. Scott uses FMS to test seven fundamental movement patterns, revealing limitations, asymmetries, and injury risks.
You'll receive:
-
Detailed FMS scores and movement analysis
-
Personalised training plan based on your results
-
Clear understanding of your strengths and weaknesses
-
Baseline metrics for tracking progress
Ongoing Training Sessions (60 minutes, £150)
Each training session is 60 minutes and costs £150. Sessions include strength training, mobility work, sport-specific conditioning, and injury prevention. Scott uses VBT sensors to monitor bar speed, power output, and fatigue levels in real time, adjusting load and volume based on your nervous system readiness.
No packages or discounts. Just consistent, high-quality coaching at a fixed hourly rate.
